Best Ball Machine I've Ever Owned

I've had the Proton, SpinShot, Lobster and Silent Partner machines. While I have loved the portability of the Proton, the Titan Ace is also light and it does more...and does so more consistently.

Friggin Awesome!

Its been 2 weeks. 6 2-hour Sessions. And a better forehand and backhand already. I'm already dreaming of my game potential a year from now!

solid construction, mediocre app

the unit was build to sustain transport, usage and wear and tear.
the software that controls the app is not up to the premium price tag of the unit. it should be fix ASAP given it creates the highest value and gratification for the customers.
the feed speed is inconsistent
the direction of launch is inconsistent
at least 1 ball gets stuck in the hopper in every round of drill
there really should be an apple watch app to control the unit so the customer does not have to carry the phone in their pocket during play. I dropped my phone on the court several times. it is not only inconvenient, cracked screen is expensive to replace and dropped phone is very dangerous and is a safety hazard.
the app has high potential. it feels like it is a rushed product that should be fixed quickly. if not, there are competitive products in the market that offers better value at a better price point.

A bit disappointed but maybe fixable

The app promised a lot but delivered little.
It seems I cant create my own drills, only customize existing ones.
Each ball is hard to configure as I cant change anything while the machine is running. Do it takes longer time than needed.
I think it would be better to start with ball-config instead of drill-config. Once you have multiple ball-configs then you could easily create different drills from that ball-config-library.
It would also be nice if I was able to within a ball config set multiple values for direction etc, or a range.

Robin， No worries. You can always make new drill from preset drills, or from scaning QR code shared by others. The machine is with Manual model which you can try ball level config as you mentioned.. Just call us if anything unclear to you. The new App releasing on Q3-2024 will include more flexibility and features. Please refer to our new App release plan at link below.

Great Machine

Machine is really good, lot of options. When the hop is upside down it would be nice to have access to handlers to lift it easily, in orderr to put it or take ot from the car, for example.

The application has a lot of room for improvement: changing machine position, having drills of different numbers of balls than 1 or 6, or saving more than 12 drills even if we can only store 12 on the machine.

In any case, I'm very happy with the Titan.
