Please email us with your Order ID and we will be able to assist you.
You will have received an order confirmation email at the time of ordering. Please check for this email.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details for the courier.
Delivery
Titan ball machines and accessories purchased from this website (Titan Sports Europe) can be shipped to all UK and European countries.
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours from our local distribution centre in Germany or France.
Deliveries usually take 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Titan Warranty
Titan warrants that each new ball machine purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.
