Titan Ball Machine Warranty Policy

Each Titan ball machine is assembled with strict quality control checks at each step of the process, testing each part for durability and dependability. Titan warrants that each new ball machine purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Any part of the ball machine, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the 2 year warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part.

Your Titan order number needs to be provided as purchase evidence.

This warranty is available to the original purchaser only. If you buy a second hand Titan ball machine you can contact us to purchase an extended warranty.

Battery Warranty

Batteries purchased directly from Titan have a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase.

Service Wheel Warranty

The black service wheels (that throw the balls) have a 6 month warranty coverage.

Demo Machine Warranty

All demo machines ordered from a authorised Titan retailer will receive a full 2 year warranty from the date of purchase.

 

Machine Maintenance and Repairs under Warranty

Most problems can quickly be resolved with a phone call or email. Please contact us for fast 7/24 hour service. Email communication is preferred as it will get all team members linked for quick response.

If a warranty repair is a simple part replacement, we will send you the new part and provide technical support for installation. If you would like us to install the part, or if the problem is more extensive, you will need to pay the shipping to return the item to us. We will cover repairs and domestic return shipping.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following conditions:

1. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, war, insurrection, civil disorder, flood, acts of God or any other casualty.

2. Failure of the customer to properly follow operating instructions provided by us with all machines.

3. Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than as indicated in the user manual.
