Which countries do you deliver to?

Titan ball machines and accessories purchased from this website (Titan Sports Europe) can be shipped to all UK and European countries.

For customers residing outside UK and Europe please contact us to find a local distributor in your country.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours from our local distribution centre in Germany or France.

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order and a dispatch confirmation email with courier tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries usually take 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Please add the items to your cart and then enter your address for the exact delivery cost for your order.

Do I need to pay taxes and customs charges?

For delivery within Europe our freight partners will take care of all taxes and customs clearance charges. Under normal circumstances you will not have to pay any extra customs charges when your order arrives.

Which courier company will deliver my order?

Our logistics partners are DHL, UPS, DX and Interparcel. They provide fast and reliable delivery services across Europe and the UK.

Once your order has been collected by our logistics partner we are bound by their terms and conditions of service. If there are delays in delivering your order please use the tracking number we provide you to make contact with the delivery company directly as this is the fastest way to resolve any delays.
